Indications
Food supplement based on Fennel and Lemon Balm, which help digestive functions, gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of abdominal gas. Melatonin contributes reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before going to bed.

Description
| Dosage and instructions for use |
| Shake the bottle before use and administer 5 drops / kg / day of Actenacol (maximum dose 50 drops / day) preferably before or during meals. Dilute the drops in a little water or warm milk. It is advisable to divide the daily dose into two administrations. Actenacol drops can also be used to obtain a relaxing herbal tea, dissolving 10 drops per 50 ml of water at the desired temperature. |

| Water, stabilizer: glycerol; fructose, sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruit) dry extract * titrated at 2% in essential oil, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract* titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum; melatonin. Gluten free.
*Dry extract supported on maltodextrin.
