Indications
Glucomannan, taken with abundant water, helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. It is also indicated as an adjuvant in hypocaloric diets for weight reduction.

Description
Dosage and instructions for use
Swallow the capsules with 1-2 glasses of water or dissolve the contents in water (at least 100 ml per 2 capsules), mix well and drink immediately. Take the capsules, preferably one hour before meals. The beneficial effect for cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan. The beneficial effect for weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses, 1g each, in the context of an hypocaloric diet.
